Charles FitzRoy, Dartmoor Property Manager
Charles grew up near Chagford and has a lifelong love of the moor and its communities. He returned from London after seven years in property technology, bringing the best of modern property management home to Dartmoor.
Demezhan Marikov, Software engineer
Demezhan and Charles became close friends in London, and now leads the technology behind Sundew Stays. With experience at Google and Bloomberg, he's built the technology that helps your home get discovered as AI changes how guests search, keeps every guest enquiry answered promptly, and prices each night to maximise your rental income.
